The Six Pack Revolution can be completed alongside any current event training you might be undertaking or planning.
We have had many participants complete events alongside the programme, such as Half- Marathons, Marathons, Triathlons, Iron-mans. When you join the group please touch base with your Coach and inform us of any events you are planning on undertaking, so we can provide you with the correct dietary information.
Also make sure you join the Endurance Event video call at the beginning of the programme where Scotty will give you some super tips to achieve your PBs.
