I cannot complete my purchase for some reason

If you find you cannot checkout your purchase there should be an error at the top in a pink band.  This should advise you exactly what is happening.  Usually it is one of the following:

– Email address does not match
– Phone number does not match
– Missing address information
– Incorrect payment details
– If a Programme, one of the extra fields such as Facebook profile

Please check what the error says and check the fields in the checkout process for any errors.  If you are still having issues, please use the contact form and send us screen shots of the error (and checkout form without card details showing), what browser and device you are using as well as what was happening when the error happened.  We will then be able resolve the issue quickly with that information.  Thank you
