When you join The Six Pack Revolution, you’ll be assigned a coach and will join a private Facebook coaching group. This group becomes a community, where everyone helps each other. Participants have even made lifelong friends! Your coach is there for you every step of the way, and on hand to help with everything.

Scott Harrison

Founder

I'm a Nutrition and Fitness Professional who’s transformed hundreds of peoples lives. Being a Martial Artist for the past 33 Years and competed at a National Level, I've trained adults and children, both beginners and experienced to a high standard of technical ability. Health and fitness is a huge passion of mine, and I'm a major advocate for personal development.

There is nothing more I enjoy than affecting people’s lives positively and helping them push themselves and achieving goals way beyond the levels they thought possible.

Annie Page

Head Coach

Annie started her SPR journey in January 2017 with her husband Andy, and achieved incredible results on the programme, around her already busy lifestyle.

Annie is a super busy Mum to three young children, so she understands the importance of good health and nutrition and is a fantastic role model, not only to her children but to others around her.

Annie became part of the SPR team in May 2017. She's very passionate about what she does, she's highly motivated and a determined people’s person. Her strength and positivity shines through.

She’s a positive influence on those around her and knows how to motivate and get the best out of people. She loves helping and supporting others to achieve their own goals and life-changing results.

Annie’s motto in life is ‘Be kind & have courage.’

Andy Page

Coach

Andy and his wife Annie started their SPR journey in January 2017 and achieved incredible personal results as participants on our programme. Andy is a Level 3 Certified Personal Trainer and has a demanding day job as a Commercial Manager and has three beautiful children. He has a no excuses attitude, highly motivated and exercises daily around his busy lifestyle.

Andy became part of the SPR team in May 2017 due to his determination, focus, power and mindset and continues to positively influence our participants to achieve their ultimate goals.

He completed the London Olympic Triathlon this year.

Andy’s Motto in life is ‘Believe you can and you’re halfway there.’

Ellis Parkes

Coach

Ellis started her SPR journey back in January 2017 and achieved an incredible result as part of our programme. Along with her passion in her day Job within the Legal Industry, she found a passion for Health & Fitness helping others accomplish their goals and achieve life-changing results.

Ellis loves a new challenge and having fun, often spending her summer holidays out on the water on the boat and jet skis. Having completed skydives and half marathons for charities she’s always aiming to achieve more, and is training to complete her first marathon soon. Because she is highly motivated, determined and possesses strong leadership qualities and a great positive attitude, Ellis is a wonderful member of the SPR Coaching team.

Sarah-Jane Boreham

Coach

My name is Sarah-Jane Boreham and I’m a Six Pack Revolution Coach. I’m so pleased to have this amazing opportunity to help you reach your goals and help change your life.

I started the programme because I’m a working mum and in a bit of a rut. I wanted to be healthy and fit to set to improve my life, and be an example for my children. When I started my first wave, I was really unhappy with my appearance. I was fed up, felt self-conscious, ate and drank all the wrong things and didn’t think I’d ever get rid of the ‘mummy belly’. Depression kicked in and I was really low. I tried almost every supposed ‘miracle’ diets, but nothing made me feel better.

After seeing the impact The six Pack Revolution had on others, I decided to give it a go myself. At first I was a little nervous, but soon felt very welcome and at home in the group, and with my amazing coach. I stayed focussed and stuck to the plan like glue. In just a few weeks my life had turned around! I was feeling so much happier and positive – I was just like my old self. As the weeks went on I noticed amazing changes with my physique and became so much more confident in myself. The group and the coaches were so supportive, and made the whole process fun – I’ll be forever thankful to them all. It’s hard to put into words how incredible the support network is, but I’m certain that you’ll soon know exactly what I mean.

I’ve now completed six waves, and am thrilled to now be a coach. It’s my aim to help you, the way the coaches have helped me. The Six Pack Revolution is so much more than just a six pack. It’s not just physical and the way you look, but the way you feel, and your mental outlook on life.

The Six Pack Revolution isn’t always easy. Like everything worth having, it takes some work, but we’re all here for you, and for each other, every step of the way.

I’m Joanne, and I’m a Six Pack Revolution Coach. I’m a Mum of 3 beautiful girls and am married to Paul, who has completed a few waves of this incredible programme and is super supportive of everything I do. I have two teenage step sons, and a Miniature Schnauzer called Lady, so life is pretty busy! Just the way I like it.

I wasn’t always fit and healthy. At my heaviest I weighed 15st 6lbs, I was addicted to sugar and have suffered from severe depression and anxiety, heavily relying on prescription medication, which I no longer take.

My turning point came a few years ago when somebody suggested I sell my beautiful ‘pre children’ designer dresses because I would never fit back into them... Highly offended, I accepted the challenge.

This will be my fifth wave with The Six Pack Revolution, so I want you all to know I’ve been where you are. I understand your journey and I’m with you every step of the way. I’ve had days where I’m hungry, or haven’t felt like eating. I’ve struggled with challenges, and I’ve been on nights out, full of temptation, and questioned whether it’s all worth it... So I can assure you this... It’s not easy. There will be times when you MUST dig deep, but so long as you are 100% on plan, for 90 days, then its 100000000% worth it. (And More!)

I started my SPR journey in May 2017 & became part of the SPR team in September 2017 as a Coach on the Next Level Programme which I absolutely love!

I had always been in ok shape but had never achieved my goal of a 6 pack!
I was blown away by my 90 day results so much so that I couldn’t wait to do a 2nd wave and get an even better set of abs!

I am a super busy Mummy to my 2 beautiful boys who are my absolute world.

I strive to be the healthiest and fittest I can be, to motivate and inspire them, and those around me.

Making a positive impact on others peoples lives is the more rewarding role ever!

Dean Woodhouse

I’m Dean Woodhouse and I’m a Six Pack Revolution Coach.

I’ve previously completed three waves. My first wave was on the original plan and I’ve done the Next Level programme twice. I’m here with you every step of the way and will be here to support you with anything you need. I can’t describe how excited I am to watch and help you all on your own individual journeys!

My time on the SPR has been truly amazing and the support is incredible. You won’t find anywhere else like this. Stick to the plan and you will get the most amazing results!

I started the programme as I’d been through a terrible ordeal in my personal life, was deeply unhappy, and was almost 17 stone. I was in an awful place, both mentally and physically. Through luck, I found The Six Pack Revolution. Rather than turn to drink and food, I focused all my energy on the programme and my fitness. The Six Pack Revolution is a truly special place. Without it and the Lean Team family who knows where I’d be. 18 months on… I’m healthy, happy and delighted to be part of the coaching team! It’s a life-changing experience, and I can’t wait to see how it helps improve your life too.

I'm a mum of two very active boys (10 and 12). I work full-time in IT, sitting at a desk most days, but have always been into health and fitness since my teens.

The Six Pack Revolution found me when I needed it most and it has quite literally revolutionalised my life. You'll hear a lot of people say this is more than just a six pack and they are absolutely right!

I joined not knowing quite what to expect and had so many reservations and a lot of self-doubt. I completed my first wave with so much more than a physical result! Confidence regained, a happy home and a happy heart, a whole bunch of new friends and the knowledge to maintain what I've worked so hard for! Each wave has been a brand new experience, and it’s now a lifestyle choice for me. My body (and mind) is thanking me for it.

I’m Lauren and I’m one of the Assistant Coaches, and will be helping look after you throughout the 90 days.

I am here to answer any questions you may have, support you and cross that line with you at day 90!

Please use the Facebook group as this will be the home to your challenges, questions and inspirations! We have some amazing Legends in the group, please get to know each other… I’ve made some wonderful friendships through my journey in The Six Pack Revolution.

This is my 4th Wave on The Six Pack Revolution and I’ve achieved results that I never thought possible. The Six Pack Revolution has changed my life as I suffer with severe PCOS and Endometriosis. For years I have suffered with my weight and symptoms, and this has truly turned my health around. This time last year my blood sugar levels were high due to the PCOS (diabetes is the sister disease to PCOS) and now even my consultant thinks The Six Pack Revolution is life changing and amazing!

I love everything about this programme and I know you all will too. I am excited to be part of your journey and helping you all achieve the results you want.

I’m Dal, and I’m an Assistant Coach, assisting Coach Annie and helping look after you throughout the 90 days. This is my 5th wave of The Six Pack Revolution. I used to be a Football Coach when I lived in New York, played football for Charlton Athletic and Essex County and also studied Sports Science.

I'm Vicky and I’m an assistant coach at The Six Pack Revolution. I completed my first wave in May 2017 and was blown away with my results.

In addition to being a busy mum, I work as a personal trainer and absolutely love helping people reach their goals.

Being part of The six Pack Revolution coaching team is something I really enjoy. Seeing everyone smash out the challenges and seeing changes in themselves just gives me such a buzz!

I'm also doing my first wave on next level.

This programme is all about getting the results you want. Remember, you’re not competing against anyone but yourself.

Hi I’m Narel and I’m an Assistant Coach working alongside Joanne & Hannah to support you on your 90 day journey.

I work full time as a Fashion Merchandiser for a Children’s Designer Retailer, and am lucky enough to travel around London and Italy to source designer brands.

Over the past three years I’ve loved being a part of The Six Pack Revolution. I love being part of a healthy active lifestyle community, and surrounding myself with others on the same journey and ethos to be fit and healthy whilst having fun!

I’m a fully qualified Cobrafit teacher, and hope to add additional fitness qualifications to my resumé in the near future.

I’m Hannah, and I’m an Assistant Coach, assisting Coach Joanne in looking after you throughout the 90 days. This is my 5th wave of the Six Pack Revolution. I’m a keen runner, and have used everything I’ve learnt on The Six Pack Revolution to help smash various running PBs. Half marathons are my favourite distance and I’ve even completed one at Eurodisney Paris!

I’ll be here to guide you, answer any questions you may have, and get you through all of the challenges by giving you support and advice on your workout technique.

Hi everyone, I’m Lucy Lewin and it’s my privilege to walk alongside you as your assistant coach. I’m on my third wave now. My first wave transformed not only my body but my entire life!

I have five children, own my own children’s day nursery, and am passionate about fitness. The Six Pack Revolution has helped me get fitter, stronger and more flexible.

I’ve taken this journey a few times now, and have helped others overcome obstacles, and overcome my own too. For me, mind-set was key to achieving results, and I can’t wait to share what I’ve learned with you. Trust the process, stick to the plan and feel the magic!

Hi I’m Danielle, I’m 38 and a mum to one daughter & two step daughters. I work full time as a Carer for her Nan & is currently completing her Level 4 Sports massage qualification.

My weight is something I’ve struggled with ever since my teens. After having children I thought achieving the body of my dreams was impossible. Then I joined The Six Pack Revolution and everything has changed. I’m so much more comfortable and in control of my body.

I'm a single mummy to a beautiful daughter who is seven (going on 17!). It was because of her that I took the leap and stepped out of my comfort zone to become a personal trainer nearly 3 years ago now. Best and hardest thing I've done but would never change it.

This is my fifth wave of The Six Pack Revolution, and my second as assistant coach.

I love the fitness plan, and I’m ready to be by your side as we smash out the challenges and work towards achieving our goals together.

Bio-Mechanical Expert

I am a Bio-Mechanical expert. I qualified in the UK as a Doctor of Chiropractors, which the highest qualification of a body physicist achievable and developed my Chiropractic knowledge, patient management and education into my own clinic full-time. I am a highly qualified X-Ray Technician and at the top of my game in Sports Massage Therapy.

At my clinic I have been looking after All Sportsmen, Bodybuilders and fighters from many different backgrounds, MMA, Shaolin Monks, Kyusho Jitsu, Ryukyu Kempo, Krav Magra, Wing Chun, Boxing, K-1, Kick Boxing and Mui Tai and have helped my clients to understand their own anatomy and weaknesses. By having regular treatments and following my advice most of my fighters increase their energy levels during training, reduced their chances of injury and improve their recovery time after a hard session or fight

I have helped the UK further the promotion and understanding of spinal health and Chiropractic as a preventative health tool by lecturing in schools, alongside healthcare professionals including Paramedics and Midwives. I have a special interest in Contact Sport’s injuries and Biomechanical Dysfunction in Musicians and Dancers. I looked after the cast of a leading West End show at the London Palladium and I continue to have a special interest in the treatment of Dancers, Actors and Musicians. This forms part of my Ongoing Professional Development and is an area in which I can offer particular expertise, having worked as a professional Musician myself.

Over the last two years I have worked with children and teenagers, to educate them and their families in the prevention of spinal injuries. This is a real and growing danger in the digital age, which will see the necessary and inevitable growth of Chiropractic as a mainstream treatment in the UK.

I intend to be at the forefront of this movement to educate and adopt Chiropractic as a first line treatment and it will be my pleasure to help you towards good health and answer any questions for you whilst in The Six Pack Revolution and it’s my honour to be on the Leadership Team as the expert in health and well-being.
