Our meal plans furnish you with delicious recipes to help you get lean and healthy, whilst our exercise challenges help improve your strength and fitness. Your group provides a forum where you will interact with others on the same journey as you, providing a fun and friendly support network.

The Signature Programme
If you have fat to lose and want to achieve extreme lean results and definition in 75 days, plus embark on a life changing experience physically, mentally and emotionally, then choose our amazing Signature Programme!
Kettlebells make the perfect at home fitness equipment, ideal for a full body workout; challenge your muscular and cardio system, increasing your strength, endurance, agility, stamina, and balance while burning fat.
The Intensive Programme
If you have fat to lose and want the same extreme lean results as Signature but would like to include weights as well as bodyweight and battleropes into your workouts then choose our Intensive programme.
The Xtreme Programme
If you have little or no fat to lose and you are looking sculpt your physique and build muscle mass, plus embark on a life changing experience physically, mentally and emotionally, then choose our awesome Xtreme Programme!
Our Coaches monitor your progress closely to ensure you are on track and moving towards your goals and if they feel you would benefit from one of our other programmes, they will offer to switch you part way through your programme.
