These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of the Terms and Conditions and by entering this promotion all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Terms and Conditions. Eligibility
The competition is open to anyone who can make their way to Hertfordshire on their own, transport and travel is not included in this prize. No cash alternatives will be given and excludes employees and the immediate families of The Six Pack Revolution, its affiliated companies, agents or anyone else professionally connected to the promotion.

The winner will be announced on January 1st 2024 on our social media platforms and the winner will be emailed directly. The winner will have to confirm a date within 6 months of the announcement and completed before 12 months of the winner notification. Once agreed and the hotel is booked, any amendments will have to be at the expense of the winner.
Purchase necessary. Please retain any invoice/receipt as proof of purchase.

Only one entry per person and cannot be counted in addition to sending in a receipt. Emails must be entered before the closing date. Purchase Necessary requests will be subject to verification.
The winner must be well enough to participate in a workout.
Each entry to the promotion must have a unique receipt as part of the entry requirements. Anyone trying to circumvent these rules stated in the Terms and Conditions by using alternative details will be disqualified from this promotion. Winners must retain the book and receipts for verification (except No Purchase Necessary entrants).
Promotional Period
The main promotional period for entry to win a 1 to 1 gym session with Scott experience is from 00:00 24/10/2023 – 23:59 30/12/2023. All valid entries will be entered into the master prize draw at the end of the main promotional period and the winner will be drawn at random.
Prize Details
Prize only includes the following: Accommodation in a hotel local to Scott for one night. Free wave of the winner’s choice from 2024. A selection of items from our product range of smoothies, oats and bars, supplements, clothing and accessories chosen at the time by The Six Pack Revolution.
All experiences and prizes are subject to availability and exclusions apply. Any exclusion will be made to the winner in advance.
Any changes made to the booking after confirmation will incur an amendment charge, which will need to be covered by the winner.
Any travel and transportation fares, transfers, travel insurance, food and drinks, car hire, fuel, personal expenses, and all other costs and arrangements not expressly included in the agreed experience will be at the expense of the winner.
10 Runners up will receive a voucher that will give them access to a 2024 Programme of their choice. No cash alternative
No cash alternative will be offered. The prize is non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable in part or in full. In the event for any reason the user does not take any element of the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter, then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the user and neither cash nor any other form of compensation will be supplied in lieu of that element of the prize, unless otherwise agreed.
Age restrictions apply, you must be over 18 years old.
Prior to booking the experience the Prize Provider will inform the winner of any age restrictions and other terms and conditions that may apply to individual elements of their chosen prize. It is the responsibility of the winner to adhere to such further terms and conditions including without limitation applicable health and safety guidelines.
Winner selection and notification
Winners will be contacted via the email address they submitted and notified within 7 days of the draw.
All prize draw winners will be notified of their win via the email provided on entry, to confirm the claim process. Winners will have 14 days to claim their prize from first contact. There will be a request for further information such as proof of ID, valid phone number and address, together with the invoice/receipt and proof of purchase as detailed above. If the winner has entered multiple times, the Promoter reserved the right to request receipt proof of all the entries.
General
The Promoter’s decision is final with regard to all promotional matters.
Any and all costs incurred by obtaining time off from work or study to take part in the promotion or the main promotional prize are the responsibility of the winner. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for costs incurred.
The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using the prizes, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.
All entrants will be required to provide a genuine email address that is personal, valid and accessible throughout the promotion. In the event that the specified information is not provided or is incorrect or an alias, the entry may be considered incomplete and therefore the Promoter reserves the right to invalidate the entry.
In the event of an email address becoming inaccessible during the promotion, the Promoter is not able to retrieve and amend any existing entries to a new email address.
Limitations of liability: Neither the Promoter, its agents or anyone professionally connected to the promotion, assume any responsibility or liability for:
Any incorrect or inaccurate entry, or for any faulty, erroneous or failed electronic data transmissions;
Communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regards to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilised in any aspect of this promotion;
Inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet or the microsite or any combination thereof;
Any unauthorised access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of barcodes at any point during the operation of this promotion;
Any damage, injury or loss of earnings incurred directly or indirectly in relation to this promotion.
Conduct of entry: The Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any entrant found to be tampering with the voucher code redemption process or the operation of the promotion; or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be in violation of the Terms & Conditions; or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be disruptive.
If, due to unforeseen circumstances, a prize is not available, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute another prize, or part of a prize, for it, in its sole discretion, of equal or higher value. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Promoter, the prize will only be awarded directly to the participant.
If, for any reason, any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion modify or suspend the promotion or invalidate any affected entries. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these Terms and Conditions the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries including but not limited to asking for purchase, address and identity details (passport, driving licence or equivalent) which they must provide within 14 calendar days and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement, and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotion’s entry requirements or otherwise, where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent means. The Promoter will be the final arbiter for all decisions, which are final and binding. It will not respond to any correspondence.
By taking part in the promotion, winners agree that The Six Pack Revolution may contact them to ask whether they want to participate in reasonable marketing activities and publicity relating to the promotion. Such publicity may include, without limitation, the entrants name and/or if consent given, image or statements made by the entrants concerning the promotion and/or prizes obtained as part of the promotion. Winners are not obliged to agree to any request.
If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
The Promotion and these Terms and Conditions will be governed by the laws of the participating country but any disputes as to the meaning of these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the participant’s local courts.
