What are Banookies? Cookies with a difference – that’s what! These are packed full of healthy protein and are delicious served warm or cold. Stored in an airtight container, they’ll keep for a couple of days, if you don’t eat them first!

Ingredients

-handful of chopped banana
-½ serving (40ml; 1 scoop) of The Six Pack Revolution Decadent Chocolate Caramel Post Workout Shake
-6 hazelnuts, chopped

Instructions

-Preheat the oven to 180°C (160ºC fan/350°F/Gas 4) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
-Place the banana in a bowl and mash thoroughly with the back of a fork until you have a wet consistency. Mix in the smoothie powder and chopped hazelnuts to form a thick batter.
-Using a spoon, drop cookie-sized amounts of the batter onto the prepared baking tray, evenly spaced apart, and bake for 15–20 minutes. Check regularly to make sure they don’t burn.
-Remove from the oven and leave to cool on the tray for at least 10 minutes, then transfer to a cooling rack.
