Fruit and Nut Chocolate Mug Cake
Our Chocolate Mug Cake recipe is a real treat. The mixture of the dried fruit and nuts give it flavour and sweetness, plus it’s high in protein, gluten free, contains no added sugar and is the perfect tasty healthy alternative.
Ingredients
- Half a serving (1 scoop) of The Six Pack Revolution Decadent Chocolate Caramel Post Workout Protein Shake Powder
- ¼ tsp of baking powder
- 1 egg white
- 70ml (2.5 fl. oz/4tbsp) almond milk
- Small handful of dried fruit (raisins or cranberries)
- 6 hazelnuts, chopped
Method
-Combine all the ingredients in a mug and microwave for 60 seconds.
