Tropical Mango Ice Cream
This is our deliciously healthy, high protein Tropical Mango Ice Cream recipe.
Ingredients
2 good handfuls frozen mango
1 heaped tbsp full-fat Greek yogurt OR Greek-style soya-based vegan yogurt
½ serving (1 scoop) The Six Pack Revolution Vanilla Caramel Post Workout Protein Powder OR The Six Pack Revolution Vegan Vanilla Caramel Post Workout Protein Powder
1 tsp desiccated coconut
Method
Add the frozen mango, Greek yogurt and protein powder into a food processor.
Blitz until smooth and creamy. Stop and scrape down the sides a few times if needed until it turns into that soft-serve ice cream texture.
Spoon into bowls or glasses.
Sprinkle with desiccated coconut on top for that tropical finish.
