Banookies
What are Banookies? Cookies with a difference – that’s what! These are packed full of healthy protein and are delicious served warm or cold. Stored in an airtight container, they’ll keep for a couple of days, if you don’t eat them first!
Ingredients
-handful of chopped banana
-½ serving (40ml; 1 scoop) of The Six Pack Revolution Decadent Chocolate Caramel Post Workout Shake
-6 hazelnuts, chopped
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180°C (160ºC fan/350°F/Gas 4) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Place the banana in a bowl and mash thoroughly with the back of a fork until you have a wet consistency. Mix in the smoothie powder and chopped hazelnuts to form a thick batter.
Using a spoon, drop cookie-sized amounts of the batter onto the prepared baking tray, evenly spaced apart, and bake for 15–20 minutes. Check regularly to make sure they don’t burn.
Remove from the oven and leave to cool on the tray for at least 10 minutes, then transfer to a cooling rack.
