Victoria Harrison is a highly skilled nutrition expert specialising in the application of nutrition to physical activity, advanced exercise, health, and fitness instruction. As the wife of The Six Pack Revolution founder Scott Harrison and mother of their three beautiful young children, Victoria has been instrumental in shaping and refining the acclaimed programme from its earliest days.

With deep expertise in how targeted exercise and structured eating plans work together to optimise health, Victoria has brought a vital balance of science, practicality, and compassion to the team of experts behind Pause and The Six Pack Revolution. Her ongoing support, encouragement, and hands-on advice have been key to fine-tuning the programme to perfection—ensuring every participant not only achieves outstanding results, but does so with balance as the ultimate goal.

Dr Aggy York MBChB

Aggy graduated from Manchester University in 2003 before going on to train in General Practice. Half the week she will be found at her surgery at the foot of the Pennines and the rest of the week she works as the clinical lead for Primary Care for the clinical commissioning group in Rochdale.Aggy considers herself as a movement champion and is committed to improving the health outcomes of the local population. A runner herself she has helped to set up a local running club which has proven incredibly popular in the village and her surgery is a registered Parkrun Practice. She is a keen marathon runner, triathlete and iron man competitor. She also volunteers at the boxing club where she trains.
Bio-Mechanical Expert | Doctor of Chiropractors

Dr. Miguel Martinez (MChiro.S.T.R.)

Dr Miguel qualified in the UK as a Doctor of Chiropractors which is the highest qualification of body physicist achievable. He is a Bio-Mechanical Expert and has looked after all UK-based sports people from body builders and fighters ranging from MMA, Shaolin Monks, Kyusho Jitsu, Ryukyu Kempo, Krav Magra, Wing Chun, Boxing, K-1, Kick Boxing and Mui Tai at his own Chiropractic Clinic.Dr Miguel is an expert in health and wellbeing and works tirelessly to educate all generations on the growing danger of spinal injuries as we face the new digital age and spends his spare time promoting spinal health through lecturing in schools alongside other healthcare professionals including paramedics and midwives. Rob Bennett

Rob is a Mindset, Performance and Sobriety Coach. He holds a Diploma in Coaching & Positive Psychology and is a certified alcohol-free performance coach. He works with people who want more from life, helping them remove limiting beliefs, overcome internal obstacles, and become the best version of themselves.

Personally trained by Andy Ramage, one of the world’s leading voices in the alcohol-free movement, Rob has spent the past eight years coaching within the Six Pack Revolution community. His work focuses on creating sustainable, meaningful change by addressing mindset, habits, and the role alcohol can play in holding people back from reaching their full potential.

With a deep passion for health, fitness, and personal growth, Rob lives without alcohol and brings this lived experience into his coaching. For him, removing alcohol is not just about performance; it’s about clarity, presence, and fully engaging in the roles that matter most — especially being a father.

Living alcohol-free has brought significant benefits to both Rob’s personal life and professional direction. Improvements in health, relationships, and sustained performance continue to shape how he works and how he supports others.

Alongside her academic and professional career, Jodie has always maintained an active lifestyle, enjoying running, cycling, and weight training. This passion for health and fitness inspired her to expand her expertise, becoming a fully qualified Soft Tissue Therapist and Personal Trainer. Her qualifications allow her to combine her scientific knowledge of biochemistry with practical applications in nutrition, exercise, and overall well-being.
