We are absolutely delighted to share with you one of the most incredible body transformations we have seen on The Six Pack Revolution with our very own favourite TOWIE personality, Bobby Norris.

Not only famous for being part of the TOWIE cast; Bobby is also well known to be a positive role model for the gay community, even campaigning to change the law around online homophobia. However, by speaking out against online abuse, it has left Bobby open to his own direct trolling including daily death threats which has been impounded by lockdown.

Bobby joined our May wave of The Six Pack Revolution as part of his ongoing quest to improve both his physical and mental wellbeing. Bobby was, by his own admission, airing on the thin side; not eating properly and definitely finding it difficult to put on weight. Add in the party lifestyle and stress from being targeted daily by online trolls; it added up to a rather unhealthy physique and some mental health struggles which he opened up about recently in The Mirror.

Going through the 75 day programme allowed Bobby to change his relationship with food and build on his physical and mental strength.

During those 75 days, Bobby reached out to our founder, Scott Harrison, to request a plan specifically to change his physique entirely.

Introducing The Founder

Scott is direct, authentic and endlessly passionate about helping people transform their body and mind. A fully qualified Personal Trainer, Life Coach, Motivational Speaker, Black Belt Karate Instructor with a real passion for food and cooking, Scott has worked hard to find the optimal balance for his Six Pack Revolution participants.

Scott is a self-confessed disrupter of the yo-yo diet industry. Dubbed the “Age Hacker”, Scott has developed a 75 day transformation programme: The Six Pack Revolution that has changed the lives of many thousands of participants from all over the world! Scott’s own unique system transforms the body and mind through a fitness and nutrition plan that completely eradicates the need to add unnecessary salt and sugar!

Now a popular figure in the public eye, Scott is sought out by many for his different approach to mindset, nutrition, fitness and coaching; providing the tools and support for thousands of ordinary people to be their best selves.

Scott's Goal

Scott wanted to completely transform Bobby’s physique and work closely with him to build his self-esteem.

As Bobby was underweight and lacked muscle mass it was important that Scott focused on making him physically stronger through an intense fitness routine. Bobby also needed to change his eating habits so Scott’s mission was to teach him about nutrition and how to fuel his body correctly.

The Plan

Scott spent some time with Bobby to understand the drivers behind Bobby wanting to make a change, obstacles to overcome and goals to meet. This allowed Scott to then tweak the plan to design a personalised programme that would transform Bobby in his final 5 weeks.

Here is how it worked:

Thirteen 1:1 Sessions

Each 1:1 training session was a 75 minute intense workout using a mixture of weights, boxing and battle ropes to create core strength and clear muscle definition in both the upper and lower body. A little mindfulness coaching was also included to foster mental calmness, clarity and self-acceptance.

Scott used his unique fitness and nutrition system to ensure Bobby gained muscle without gaining fat and kept cardio to a minimum.

From the start, Bobby turned up with the right attitude.  He took everything on board and worked extremely hard in each session and results started to show immediately due to his clear focus and determination.

 

Homework

Scott devised a daily 20 minute abs routine incorporating plank exercises, abdominal crunches and core strengthening exercises to create muscle activation.

The Six Pack Revolution

The Six Pack Revolution nutrition plan creates BALANCE for the body.  Each recipe, created by Scott, categorises the ingredients into 3 macronutrients:

  1. Protein
  2. Carbohydrates
  3. Healthy fats

Each recipe, whether it’s a snack or meal, has the right macronutrients to provide BALANCE to the body and the mind.

Scott needed to extend The Six Pack Revolution nutrition plan further to support Bobby’s aim of a true body transformation.

Bobby's daily meal plan consisted of:

  1. Four balanced meals a day using recipes from Scott’s recipe book Eat Your Way to a Six Pack but doubling the amount of carbohydrates and protein within each recipe for each meal.
  2. Two meal replacement smoothies which included 1/2 a serving of a post workout smoothie.
  3. One post workout smoothie.
  4. Two balanced snacks from The Six Pack Revolution programme included within Scott’s recipe book.
  5. Bobby drank 4 litres of water to stay hydrated, spread throughout the day to improve cardiovascular health and allow the joints and muscles to work better.

The Results…

Scott coached Bobby on a 1:1 basis, for the final 5 weeks, guiding and motivating him through a detailed nutrition, exercise and mindset plan. The results are absolutely incredible and show how you can achieve mind-blowing results AND change your life if you are willing to dedicate and trust a programme that works.
